I actually didn't know that The Melancholy of Haruhi-chan Suzumiya also had a manga so when I happened to stumble upon Volume 7 at this otaku shop I found I immediately bought it. And it was worth the 14 bucks. It seems the hype I originally had for Haruhi when I first watched it always rises whenever I find something new that's Haruhi related.
I love how like the Haruhi-chan shorts a lot of the chapters are rather random and very humorous. And the fact everyone is a chibi adds to the hilarity especially with Haruhi, Mikuru, and Nagato's expressions which are really adorable-what, a guy can't think something is adorable?
